Rental Policies:

  • July and August rentals are from Monday to Monday
  • June and September rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
  • Check-in is at 3:00pm
  • Check-out is at 10:00am
  • NO PETS
  • NO SMOKING
  • $250 security deposit
  • 50% due upon signing, balance due two months prior to occupancy
